MARUSHIN 2D/3D Visor

At first we developed the NX visor with a special visor mechanism for MARUSHIN, so changing the visor was made simple and quick for the rider. With the NX visor you are able to change a visor in 10 seconds or less. With the upcoming commitment to racing a 2D visor got necessary to mount tear-off foils. As we wanted to have a visor which can be used on all existing helmets we constructed a visor in a 2D/3D combination. The 3dimensional parts ensure the best possible fit to the rubbertrims, the 2d part grants the possibility to mount tear-offs. a-tec developed the complete tool data for this visor and brought it to production.
